DISTANCE EDUCATION

Realizing that it is often difficult for students to come to the campus for a traditional curriculum, the seminary has developed specific programs that may be taken off-campus. Distance education is comparable to resident study in that it is academically rigorous and demands self-discipline. To apply for the distance education program, the student must meet the same academic requirements as resident students. Distance education students enroll for courses in a manner identical to resident students.

Students enroll at the beginning of each quarter according to the published academic calendar, and all coursework must be completed by the end of each quarter. Students may submit assignments as email attachments or through the U.S. Postal Service. Programs requiring resident study may be completed through distance education if a student possesses appropriate transfer credit.
