Tuition can be refundable based on the date a student officially drops/withdraws from a course or courses. All refunds are based on the refund schedule in the current Academic Catalog. There are no exceptions to refund policies.
Resident Evening, Resident Module, & Distance Education Courses:

from 8 to 14 calendar days 90%
from 15 to 21 calendar days 70%
from 22 to 28 calendar days 50%
after 28 calendar days 0%
Online Education:
within the first 7 calendar days 100%
after 7 calendar days 0%
No refunds are granted after the first 28 calendar days of the quarter for resident and distance students and no refunds are granted after the first 7 calendar days of the quarter for online students. All refunds to veterans enrolled under the VA assistance program will conform to the regulations of the Veterans Administration. Refunds to students utilizing Title IV Federal student aid will conform to all Federal regulations.
Tuition refunds will be processed by the Business Office within 2 weeks from the date of approval.
All fees are non-refundable as stated in the Academic Catalog. There are no exceptions to this policy. Fees include, but are not limited to:

Donations made to the institution are not refundable under normal circumstances.
Faith Evangelical College & Seminary only accepts payments in U.S. dollars.
